What else should I buy?
I got a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, and I'm about to order the hardened pivot fork from SPL.
Can you guys suggest anything else while the tranny is down?
(The cheaper the better.)

Depending on how hardcore the pressure plate is an upgraded slave cylinder might be a good idea. But that doesn't have to be done while the tranny is out.

/\/\/\/\ rear main +1. hardened pivot ball thingy is a must. i've replaced a few of em, even on stock cars they still break and can only be replaced with the tranny out so for only about $40 its a must! thenismoshop.com has em for $38

When I did mine i threw on a new slave and ss clutch line. Definately cool to know you are set transmission wise for a while.

make sure it's high heat grease too! coastal makes it!
make sure you have spare pressure plate bolts. i broke three when re-torquing them. they snap easily due to metal fatigue. also use loc-tite when putting the pressure plate bolts in.
while you're down there, get rid of that poopy dampner block if you havn't already
EDIT** there is also a gasket on the tranny itself where the spine shaft comes out of. depending on how old/abused your tranny is, you may want to pickup the transmission seal/gasket. i can't put my finger on the exact name.

Short throw shifter(even though it can be installed with tranny in, no sense in buying seals twice) and the stuff mentioned above.
Looks like I need to order that pivot ball thingy.
