89 240sx coupe shell

hey guys... its a 89 240sx se w/working hud & sunroof. had this car over 3 yrs...was my daily driver. i bought the car with a hit on the right rear quarter panel. the single cam finally went out was gonna repair it, just wanna let it go. no engine.

chassis has bout 202,xxx
