Quick question, have a 95 s14 se, when i put the key in the ignition it turns but it doesnt start, everything powers up but when you try to turn it on you do not hear any clicking or anything. Is this the ignition switch that has gone bad or is it something else?

You need to put more information before other people tell you too.
and they don't do it nicely.

its a 5 speed, where is the clutch switch on it? Have not had a chance to push start it as the clutch is dead.
To give all the info the car was bought not running and is to be a project car(built ka-t) the last owner said something about the ignition switch being bad but didnt really say what.
If the ignition switch was dead what sort of symptoms would I be seeing?

something like what ur experience... my guess is its not connecting thru, and eventually going to your starter then, flywheel and BOOM!

Clutch switch. The bolt that hold the bracket to the clutch lossens over time. Get down below your dash and look for a tap about an inch or two up the arm of your clutch pedal from the pad. Find the tab then find where the pad would land when the clutch is pressed. There is a little button below it.
Or you could press your clutch and see what moves that isn't supposed to. Tighten it up and you should be cool.

Dumb, i know, but you are actually holding in the clutch right? If everything checks out with the clutch switch you could try tapping the starter with a hammer.
