1995 nissan with sr swap!!

I have a 1995 240sx with just the basics for the most part:

Brand new engine swap and tranny.
brand new paint job with body kit installed already
nardi steering wheel ( detachable)
3 inch exhaust from turbo back
megan racing flex down pipe
well maintained with no body damage
never been in a wreck and I have the carfax to prove it. I am the forth owner of this awsome car. It is currently not running right now because i'm saving money right now for personal things and I have put lots of money in it at this point. so.... How many miles on the chassis/engine? any idea why the car doesn't run? how long have you had the car and for how long has the car not been running? any better pics alone w/ interior pics you could post here? (I hate it when pics are linked, and then they suck) any suspension work? did you do the swap or was it professionally done? (not that it needs to be) just steelies come on the car or what? (can't make them out in the pics)...

The chassis has around 213,000 miles but in great condition, the engine has around 18,000 miles. As for why its not running I think it might be either a bad ignitor chip or bad engine harness. I did all this swap on my car after a horrible experience with the last swap(don't want to talk about that), but the car has been sitting for about 11 months now. well taken care of though. This weekend i'm going to pull it to the carwash and give it a good cleaning because the sand here is outta control. I don't have any interior pictures and sorry about the horrible pictures, i took them with my phone it was all I had. As for the rims, I have my buddies 7 spoke rims on it in the pic,but I will sell it with other wheels and tires.

Oh yeah I did a simple upgrade with my suspension, eibach springs and kyb-gr2 gas struts whiched dropped it about 2 inches

I also have parts included such as zenki front and rear bumper, extra starter, extra alternator, extra chain cover with oil seal pressed in already and extra stock cams, etc. all for $7,000 or make me an offer above six g's and we can negotiate.
