hey guys, i looked through the threads that have been stickied but didnt see the info im looking for. i have the stance gr+ coilovers on my car and need to get it aligned. i dropped it off at a shop and they said they could do it but come to find out they werent able to because of the aftermarket suspension and its pretty low. i called another place but they wanted to know if the coilovers came with any specs to be set to but it didnt. i was just wondering if any of you guys knew what specs would be set well for. maybe if anyone of you have the same set up? idk just figured i would ask. thanks for any help guys :D

they probably told you that because they couldnt get it on the alignment rack. if you have enough wheel to fender clearance, you should be able to get close enough to factory specs. you can set the camber in the front with the camber plates on top of the coilovers and toe with the tie rods, but in the back, youre pretty much stuck with how it sits unless you have adjustable aftermarket arms. If you search, there are many posts about the factory alignment specs, also specs on varying setups like if you want to drift, autocross, etc.

Just align it to pretty much factory specs. Or pretty close to it. maybe a bit extra camber if you plan to track your car.
Do you only have coilovers? Just tell them to align it the same way they would align a normal 240. (Not to use the camber plates).
After the shop fucked up my alignment once, I ended up going and helping with the alignment to make sure it got done right.

at my work we can't align most lowered cars on our racks because of the jacks. but what you can do is drive it on to wooden 2x4's (make sure they are the same height) and you will clear the jacks and than measure the caster.
make sure you have fully adjustable arms in the back and tension rods in the front because without them there is no way of adjusting your caster. personally i set all my casters between -0.5 and -0.1
remember when you lower your car the toe is set off when your camber increases so in the front you can easily adjust them but in the back get the adjustable arm to re-correct your toe
i know in the wheel fitment thread has some alignment specs
personally i am going for 1.5 degrees of camber in the front and about 2 in the rear than i am just going to fiddle with my caster to figure out which setting i prefer for my driving
