Where would I find a barrel for a Work VSXX.. Right now the wheel is a 18x9.5 with a +26 offset, and I want it to be a 18x10.5 with a +30 (or so, hopefully with a 3-4" lip) offset....
Does anyone know who to go to for this?

You have an 18x9.5+26 (O Disk)
Here are your options:
18x10+20 (100mm lip ~3.9")
18x10.5+14 (112mm lip ~4.4")
18x11.0+7 (125mm lip ~4.9")
...and so on
I can get you replacement barrels through Work Japan, but it's a bit pricey, and I'd typically suggest to sell your current wheels and buy new sizing with what you want

How much for four barrels? I have a couple designs I want to try out on a flow jet.

You should probably source local barrels for a project like that
Also, while I'm not an engineer, different wheels have different specs, so if I were you I'd source a local barrel manufacturer so you can work in conjunction with them on the specs/tolerances
As far as changing fitment on existing Work Wheels (or other brands capable for that matter), it's often more cost effective (and when I say cost, I'm including your time, labor, unforseen expenses, replacement bolts/nuts, etc) than just getting new

I called around for my cousin because he needed some bolts awhile back. They're 5 bucks a pop! Barrels are like 600 for inner and outer I think. Not worth it, like Logan says, just sell and get teh size you want. They're a pita to remove barrel from face too, had to stomp on that mofo on grass.
