im having some alternator issues on my s14. I realized that what I thought was a faulty Alternator was merely one missing the harness connection. It has the +pos from battery and -neg ground but there is a plug that goes into it that is missing.

I searched for the plug all over and its nowhere to be found. Does anyone know where this is? or since I have to rig it. How do I do it? Im going to assume that this wires head into the fuse box behind the battery nonetheless, what wires will I need to jump? Please help its very crucial. Thanks in Advance.

The plug you are missing is for the voltage regulator. It should be on the lower harness.

Yes it should be there but its not. I dont know where its at and certainly cant find it. So voltage regulator huh? Ok where do I plug that to or in this case where do I wire that to?

The guy who swapped this thing to a manual must have cut it off :mrmeph: and so now I cant find it. I need to get this thing running good though. Thanks

Underneath the fusebox there's two large plugs that go to the lower harness. It will originate from one of those.

From underneath the fusebox or beside it? can you be more specific i.e. what wires its 2 only right so which ones do I jump or cut into that way I can have it work. It seems the plug and the harness was completely cannabolized. So please help. Thanks lots man.
