Going to a meet to do anything other than 'meet' people amplifies your ignorance.
Guys have such huge 'e-cocks' online that they have to show off in person, further confirming that the human race will eventually wipe itself out due to blatant stupidity.

And ten years later, we've learned that drifting, no matter how much you guys love it, is retarded. I know there's still a huge following for the sport, but only the competitive people impress me, and only because they can afford it. Personally I see nothing of value in drifting and further feel saddened that the majority of participants are just like this tool who know nothing about car control and just go out to look like a clown, succeeding beautifully and injuring someone not even involved. Even more so, I absolutely hate the fact that you cannot drive anything RWD anymore and not be labeled as a drifter. 240SX enthusiasts were doing other driving events in the US long before drifting and a lot of them still enjoy those and only those events. I actually don't mind the bad publicity if it will get law enforcement to crack down harder. No one "has" to drift, period. Hearing people say that like it's a God given right and if they can't drift they'll die is really fucking pathetic.

I remember one time in 1996 I was driving through Golden Gate Park and I almost ran over 50 of them because they stopped on a blind curve and were all standing in the middle of the street. These were those retro vespa guys with The Fonze hair, chain wallets and 5,000 mirrors on their vespas. It was weird.

I don't mind sharing the road with vespas or bikes, but they seem a little reckless when compared to motorcycles. You don't see motorcycles trying to pass you on the right when you have your signal on because you are turning right, but I have seen bikes and scooters try to pull that. And then they get butthurt when they almost die as a result. It's almost as if they have never driven a car before. Of course, I am making generalizations - not all bikers and scooters are like that. Ugh, don't even get me started on critical mass.

Either way, the accident is a tragedy. Both parties are affected and their lives are changed. I don't know what exactly happened, so I won't pass judgment. I just wish all those e-thugs would do the same.

capital expressway is one of the worst areas to be in driving a modified car. i see and hear of people getting pulled over there for no reason and having their hoods popped. on friday or saturday nights, i usually see random cars pulled over with hoods popped and cop cars on the side. it doesn't help that most of the time there are retards in that in-n-out doing dumb things.

once when i was driving home, i saw a bunch of da integra g2s drive out of the in-n-out like retards (must have been a meet) and race to the 680 entrance, speeding past me and the rest of traffic like they owned the streets, weaving in and out of traffic without signaling, and blaring their fart cans and driving recklessly.

funny that i met a friend of a friend with a gt35r powered integra and he jokingly tells me he avoids getting onto capital expressway and if he needed gas that he rather pull his car to the side and walk then stop at any gas station at capital expressway. i avoid that area like the plague..
