$20 per month "$240" a year. 22 years old, but the lady gave me the 25 year old discount for some reason, or so she says. but when i turn 25, i'm going to throw a fit and attempt to bring down the insurance a little more. i just can't afford it!

Umm.. I'm 20, under my parent's policy.
Its $160/mo for full coverage. But I have like 8 tickets, 4 accidents, and a burnt down corvette under my belt. Only 2 accidents were my fault.
If I were to get my own policy through the same company, it would be $6800/yr.

I know, thanks for upping my premiums, buddy
I am 19. I have a good student discount. My record does't exist. I have never even been pulled over. No accidents. I have a 1991 Fastback under my parents policy and I pay $80 for comprehensive and liability. I am thinking about dropping it though. I drive maybe 5,000 miles a year. The car just sits

Im 17 and my red 96 240 is costing me somewhere around $1900 a year for full coverage. I have no tickets but i was in one accident where my car (1990 MB 190E) had $3600 in damage and the car that hit me was totaled (1994 Ford Escort). Somehow in court, the accident was my fault. Oh well. Now i have a 240 and its great! Also god bless my old ride ("the tank") b/c it could take so much abuse. That broadside hit would have killed me if i were in a civic or something like that. (Sorry for getting off topic. I just thought you guys would want to hear my story)

The 240SX is not a low insurance car, esspecially the S14.
The way the car is design, one slight accident can f*ck up alot. Parts for our cars do not come cheap once you take it to a shop. My lip spoiler (take piece of plastic) cost as much as my fender..$240!! My car has a bent up fender, scratched up bumper, corner is gone, sidemakers gone, and bent tie rod......to fix all this it will cost $3464 . Of course my insurance opted to total it, but thru some talking I'm getting a check, but doing the repairs on my own.
Basically 240 is cheap to maintain, but expensive as hell to repair.
