Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch, who is dying from pancreatic cancer, gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. In his moving talk, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals. Here's the Lecture.
It's 76mins long, but it's worth it.
It's very powerful and eye opening.

I understand that we have a "Random Video of the day thread", but this is more than random.
Plus no one would pay attention to this if it was in that thread.

To me, this is one of the most powerful speech I've ever heard.
I've seen this video no less than 5 times.

I have seen this lecture in varying lengths and appearances, and I was SERIOUSLY affected by it. It actually made my moms cry.
It is really worth whatever time it takes you to watch.
