Turbo timer problem

When I shut my car off and use the turbo timer, the car idles very roughly. The turbo timer has been on the car and working properly for 2 years and it just started doing this. Any ideas? It's a Greddy turbo timer and the car is a 95 240 with a redtop SR.

What if you just let the car idle for awhile. Does it do the same? Does it do it immediately right after you shut it off.

The car idles fine except when the turbo timer is being used. And yes, it happens as soon as i pull the key out and the turbo timer begins to run the car.
