What exhaust is that?  my n1 dual on my sohc sounds alot more like a straight six(my freind saw a vid of a skyline and told me it sounded almost identicle without the turbo supression,obviously)    another question...do dohcs and sohcs sound that much different with the same catback because i am doing a dohc swap here in the next few weeks and need to know if its gonna change(i loved the way my sohc sounded)

its a n1 knock off, 3 inch stainless steel cat back, and im not sure if the exhaust will sound different on the dohc over the sohc

Sounds pretty close to my car... and i have 2.25 piping with a noname-brand muffler.. (AC Revolution) = N1 Knockoff also.

sounds nice at the higher rpms....... as for dohc and sohc difference, i would think that piping would determine sound... I could see how some may say they sound different but if you have two different exhaust on the same dohc motor i bet they wouldn't sound the same.

It's deep, but a little too raspy for my taste.  Are you running a turbo setup of some kind, or planning onto (the 3" piping is why I am asking)?

nope im staying na, i was surprised but there was no loss in the low end, and from the butt dyno it seems a good amount of gain was reached throughout the entire power band
