Ok. when welding on your car (mig) you remove the battery cables from the battery, and it that it? Is all the other wiring ok? or is there other stuff that needs to be disconnected?

its usually a good idea to disconnect the computer

if the battery is disconnected, everything else is disconnected too.

Pop the computer just to be safe cause you can send a shock though the frame.
