Turbo is a Precision GT30/76r dual ball bearing turbo .63 a/r hot, .60 a/r cold

i did my lines 2 years ago and i don't remember the thread sizes/pitch cause i got em custom made by a friend's machine shop to weld jic banjo fittings to AN fittings.

i'm doing the same turbo set up on a friend's swap and was wondering if anyone knew of a good place with the lines already made, and or what the thread/pitches are for the ends of the fittings.

I wanna say i need an oil restrictor fitting of .040 to go to the top of the turbo oil feed (double check me on the correct restrictor bore), on the back of that should be a -3 or -4 AN male. i have extra -3 AN hose and female fittings already.

going into the block for the turbo feed....this one i'm not sure about. i wanna say the banjo bolt threads are 12x1.5 , i know the coolant line for the block is 12x1.5 and i already have the earl's fitting for that. i believe it's the same 12x1.5 on either end of the turbo for the coolant passages too. but , i'm unsure of the threads at the block for the oil feed. i could find out this weekend when i go to where the car's at but if i could already have the fittings ordered that'd really help me to head over there and do the job rather than get the measurements this weekend. order the stuff, then next weekend have all the parts.

what are the threads exactly on the top of the turbo as well. i know most journal turbos are 1/8 npt but this one's not the same and it's not a journal turbo either. i called precision and he didn't know the exact specs other than it's not 1/8npt.

thx for the info, i owe ya one,

ya, Rob told me on your sensor check, your safc2 was getting maf voltage, but out of the safc2 wasn't sending any voltage back to the ecu. so he eliminated the safc2 maf alteration. can u drive the car to my house this weekend and i'll go further diag on it?

I don't think it would even make it, I got about 4 miles away from mainstream and the car died and I had a nice $155 tow bill to get it home.

i dont have an answer for you. but if i could, id like to ask a couple questions. this 3076r internal, or external gated? are you using the stock log manifold, or what? lastly, what injectors are you using. i dont mean to threadjack. i really dont have any helpful info for you. but im contemplating 740s, gt3071r (.82 a/r) internally gated, and log manifold. im just looking to get a very streetable 400hp. thanks. haha.

aiight i've made some progress.

rb's and sr's have the same threaded banjo bolt to feed oil in the block. the thread is 12mm x 1.25 . however summit cannot get an earl's fitting with a 12x1.25 to a AN fitting. they can however get the coolant ones which are 12 x 1.50 to -6 AN. which there are 3 total. one goes into the block, and the other two thread into the coolant ports on the garret GT turbos. as far as the oil drain. i have 2 options. i can buy the 2 bolt flange and get a 1/2 to -10 AN fitting male, then get a -10 female for my -10 steal braided hose. or just take stock turbo's oil drain flange. wallow out the holes closer to each other, and slide my -10 hose over it and clamp it (which is what i'm going to do).

my only problem is still the oil feed at the block. i found an appropriate restrictor to AN to screw into the oil feed at the turbo. i haven't measured the threads on it yet. but at least i have the summummabich.

i am thinking i will use the stock 12x1.25 banjo bolt and banjo. then cut the metal pipe an inch or two from the banjo, and slide my oil feed hose onto it. only problem is -3 AN is basically 3/16 inner diameter and that won't slide over the metal pipe. i'll let u know what i figure out.
