Alright, I have had quite a few people asking me what is coming next for Jimmy Up. And for those that don't know, it's a clothing company that my best friend and I got started on zilvia for zilvia and I am sorry I lagged it on the new design but here is another one of my favorite designs that I PLAN on getting made next and I have spent some time tweaking and refinning it trying to make it look just perfect. The proceeds from the first design (look in the advertiser sales if you havent seen them) and the Gold Flake stickers are going straight into this next design, so I am pretty much riding on the hope that you are going to like it.

So again same rules apply, any feedback is good feedback and if you honestly think that it is a disgrace to shirt wearers world wide and the zilvia community then THROW IT ON HERE. Also, if you like it please post as well :)

I am going to pay my advertiser fee for the next month tomorrow, but this is just for feedback on the design NOT FOR SALES/ PRE ORDERS

I like this shirt a lot more than the first design. Maybe it's because I don't own an S13 coupe with Silvia front, but I think I like this design more regardless. I'd definitely have to order a shirt and a sticker.

I prefer the design of the first shirt. A variation of the different body styles on the first design would be good in my eyes. I think more people would order if there was a larger selection like that.

This pic does need a little reworking, I would be more prone to wear a crazy design than this one though.

I dont want to be the brand that just throws cars on shirts and calls it a day because thats just being another one of those, I will definitely work cars (mostly nissans) into a lot of designs but there needs to be some out there without.

It's not so much the girl as it is the umbrella, I was actually thinking about moving her over to be on the side of the shirt, because if I shrink her- it looks like there is not enough on the shirt.

Well I the only reason I went plain on the first design is the simple fact that our funds did not allow us to put something on the back. Now, they do.

This is what my partner and myself both agreed on and personally, I like it.
The reason behind it is to offer something to customers (you, haha) that wasnt another run of the mill car shirt.


Keep suggestions coming.

The type is bad. work on the kerning of the UP. Its spaced out too much. The typeface on the back of the shirt is just bad. It looks 70s but not in a good way. The illustration is kinda boring. The umbrella looks messed up and the logos on the umbrella are skewed funny.

It looks like first year design student quality work.

good shit so far. i think the umbrella should be moved up towards the right or be made bigger. images in the middle of the chest nvr look too good when its worn. fix the font a little on the quote and your good to go!

the only reason I went with that font on the slogan is because that is the slogan I went with on the stickers and the first shirt.
I'll try changing it up tonight to a script and I also want to hollow out the UP, just make it the outline of the letters and maybe throw a design in there.

THE GIRL IS GOING TO BE COMPLETELY REMODELED BY TOMORROW.

Keep it coming, believe it or not I am taking all of this into consideration for the final design of the shirt.

I think so too haha, all it's gonna take is for you to cover the shipping charge when they are made, I have shipped some orders to Canada already (first design) and it's not a huge price difference but it is a little more depending on how much you order.

A little to R rated for me to wear as well. PG 13 it. Maybea really short pleated skirt and a black t shirt for her (just draw sleeves on the arms and a high cut t shirt bottom) or boy shorts and a bikini strap.

Hopefully I will have an exact date for the sales to start tomorrow, but I dont want to start selling until I have the actual shirts in hand that way everybody can see EXACTLY what they are paying for. And I am going to try to keep these at the same price as the first design ($15) but for the color to POP, it has to have a white base under the gold, like a primer. So we shall see, I am not going to raise prices if not absolutely NEEDED, keep all you folks happy WITH money in your billfold.

yea, this one is only going to be in black and gold. Because we are using 3 screens, the cost to us is going to be more, but if we keep it one color hopefully it will even out.

they are giving me ballpark prices and it is looking like the price will be $16 a shirt and $18 shipped. Printing on both sides and using a good quality gold ink with a white base so that it POPS, the price has gone up on my end. But I am still going to try to talk him down that way I can sell them for $15.

Most definitely, I have some XL's of the first design. The larges and the smalls went FAST. So on this next design I will make sure that I compensate for that. But yea, check this thread for the date of the group buy.

OK, everything has been decided.


Shirts will be $16 picked up, $18 shipped, the back of the shirt has been altered to the entire "Jimmy UP" logo (including the slogan) now being on the bottom backside of the shirt. It looks better and makes more sense. The front of the shirt will be EXACTLY as it is shown in the 3rd version. I will have the group buy up and ready to sell these on Monday with a picture of the actual shirt so you all can see what you are buying.

Let me know if there are any questions or concerns. My computer is fixed now so I can pay my paypal fee and be an advertiser again by morning.
