For the most part its trial and error. it has a self learn mode but i never found that to be accurate. just boost up and down the street "carefully" hope to avoid cops. i would start at a duty cycle of about 58. then go from there. and remember that when you up the boost, there will be more lag even though your boost is supposed to kick in at 4k. so as low as you can on the AVCR put the duty cycle at about 53 then up it to around 65 then back down around 58, trial and error my friend. good luck

You have to step up the duty cycle. Having it set at a single duty cycle across the board wont work. You have to have somebody drive while you to keep an eye on the boost and your RPMs so you can adjust accordingly.

i drove it around for a few a bit ago, i put the duty to 60% it hits the target boost now. and seems faster. but not THAT much faster from when i had it on 10psi with 53 duty.

bah i had to turn the duty to 73% earlier to hit target boost.
is the higher the duty% the more lag and vice versa?

higher duty cycle = more lag due to the turbo spool time. make sense? it takes more time for the turbo to reach it's potential. just as you force more air through a tube it starts to become more and more restricted..heat, and volumetric capacity and also taking into consideration turbo specific flow charts at given efficiencies.

You have to find the happy medium on it so itll spool up fast and hit your target boost fast, without it boost spiking to infinity...
