S13 SR20DET Vs s15 SR20det VVT

ok i got a s13 240sx coupe and it has a ca18de which is way under power and i want to swop it with a sr20det whats is the best motor and will handel bigger turbos and mods done to it better and can you put the 6speed s15 tranny with a s13 sr20det thanks for you help

I hear that you can't use the S15 6psd with the S13 SR....someone correct me on that one.

from what i've heard is that if you were to put bigger turbos on to a SR with VVT, in order to get its optium performance, you need to tune the whole timing on the motor on the intake valve. that can get pretty expensive. and i'm not even sure if there is a shop that can tune the motor right yet. if you have a non VVT motor, theres less of a hassle.
