Does the knob thread right into the stock rod & clamp down the shift boot as well?

Nope, sorry. Its a universal fit knob with 3-set screws.

Actualy, if i do ship these, there is someone ahead of ya. Even these little bastards are hard to ship. Cant find a damn box for any of these panels. But thanks for your interest.
