click on the scales under their name....a box will pop up that u can either select i approve or i disapprove and then you can fill in a comment....i approve is obv to posi rep them

yeah to the OP u can lock this or delete it too if u want...before ppl start calling you a noob and shit haha...go to the thing that says thread tools right above ur first post and click it and then click delete or lock
