I'm doing a S14 engine/transmission into a S13 body and theres a big problem.
Can I use the S13 Manual Transmission Non ABS driveshaft, because I'm using a S14 engine/transmission and its rubbing where the transmission/driveshaft connect, and so far some of the nuts on the S13 Driveshaft are scratched and the black circle shroud where the trans/driveshaft connect is bent outwards a bit.

When I first started the car and went around the block it ran fine, but there was a high pitched rattle where the driveshaft nuts were hitting the transmission shroud thingy, then it went away and all was gravy until about an hour later when I turned it back on and went out of my driveway, the entire transmission began shaking in a clockwise circular motion (Sounds like the driveshaft is at an angle with the tranny) but when I crawl underneath the car the tranny mounts are fine and I can't push where the tranny/driveshaft connect or move it, but it only does it when I'm in 1st/2nd/etc/reverse gear then it shakes violently (Im afriad the driveshaft might snap)
Anybody know what I can do about this? Is the S14/S13 trans the same? I was under the impression they were, but I guess not?(The rubbing of tranny/driveshaft)
