it is the same car. You can tell by the shadows and placement of other things. Just because the original is posted as a small picture doesnt mean there isnt a high res one. I have a degree in digital graphics and i have seen some amazing photoshops done at my school from the teachers and students.

It's the same car. There is people that good at photoshop, trust me. I've seen guys AIRBRUSH an entire car from SCRATCH in photoshop and it looks like a photo.

when I took electronic illustration and electronic imaging at my school which is basically illustrator and photshop classes, I was amazed at the shit my teachers could do with those programs....they could alter images so much and you would have no idea unless they told you

and you can tell why it is, he has the same background and has made changes to the cars color and other minor things...
the initial pic has even different background lol..and is in a different scale, has nothing to do with higher resolution pic. it has to do with the angle of the car, the shapes and the scale of the car in contrast with the surounding background!

I have photoshop ...and my girls cousin who happens to be a graphic designer for various companies here in LA looked at it and said it probably is not the same car..due to what i explained before..
unless he chopped a car from a different pic and a background from a different pic also and then threw them over the original which doesn't make sense at all..so does not constitute a chop!
he pobviously did photoshop work on this pic but it isnt the same pic
