I know its suppose to go under the right nut pictured but is it suppose to look like this or is it suppose to make a complete circle?

if your talking about the harness/clip next to the terminal then yes, the little piece that is left there should be a whole circle so that you can attach it to the nut on the terminal...

Smh thats what I thought. Is this something I could get in a discount parts store or do I have to specifically buy?

lol... cute, sorry I had to laugh "I know its suppose to go under the right nut pictured but is it suppose to look like this or is it suppose to make a complete circle?" cute. I had one break on mine before and I just got a new looking one from an S14 in a junkyard. ;)

I call it wire strippers and a ring terminal.

Solder something useful to it. That piece is important. Runs all your ignition/etc.

Anyone know which # ring terminal I should purchase? The fsm doesn't say anything about ring terminals.

As long as the nut fits through the ring and you have a good solid connection, you're golden.

True that. I inspected more today and it looks a little different than it does on other cars. I'm going to try and hit a junkyard up tomorrow for another one.

That goes to your alternator... So I suggest you don't drive your car without that being connected.

More than that. Right now the only thing connected to your battery is the starter feed. Everything else is dead. Go buy two 8-10ga ring terminals, crimp them on those wires, and bolt it all down. Shouldn't take more than a minute to fix.

wow so you basically just crank the car drive for the most part huh

No, its wedged under the bolt pretty good. But not good enough to just leave like that.

I bought some ring terminals and a wire stripper but im unsure about how to put them on. The ring terminal on the car is molded into the plastic on the clip. Im assuming im suppose to..cut these two wires connected to the clip and crimp a terminal to them?

thread jack...sorry, just a quick question....i bought a shell and i put a motor in it and i cant find the ring terminal anywhere in the harness(only harness that came from this shell is the BIG one that goes across rad support, all the others i put in off my parts car). Its supposed to be right near that main fuse box where the OE battery placement is. On this car the battery is mounted in the trunk and no ring terminals to be found....anyone care to help? I just need to know where to run power into that box. do i power the 75a alt fuse?
