what color is it? It looks sort of red..with green around it, then the last picture makes it look orange which I'm guessing is the flash.

Also, are there any problems at all with it? scratches, any functions not work, etc...?

the color is brown with a green tint around it (sorry for the bad pic) the screen has very minor scratches, once the screen turns on though you cant see them at all. Besides that there are no problems whatsoever with it all functions work properly.
