I have the same exhaust on my car bolted up to a high flow cat and stock exhaust manifold(ka24de). I see no reason why it shouldn't fit.

no way cause I ghetto rigged my exhaust. :D I have a tanabe medallion on right now. (Custom welded by me XD)

It bolts up to the cat no problem.

Yes it will i had mine on my s14 when it was stock and bolted right up NO PROBLEMS at all.
