i buy NEW parts from my local shop. they give me just as good of a deal on internet prices usually, sometimes better, and staying loyal gives me the OG hookup on work, deals, etc.
I have bought from vivid racing before about 3 or 4 years ago i believe. i had a good experience then, no complaints.

RacingLab is down the block from my house. Awesome guys, on top of it. I vouch for them. Not shady at all.

I'm a local, I've dealt with them a few times and heard nothing but bad about them. They have a nice shop but that's about it.
The guy I sold my 240 to took it in for exhaust work and AFC install work. He picked it up 8 months later still incomplete. By picked up I mean took it by force.
I ordered a shifter for an STi from them and tried to return it. They took my first call and told me they'd get back to me. They never did and avoided all calls.
My dad talked to a few guys who were in at Vivid about buying some shit for his Porsche 997 Turbo, they blew him off when he actually tried to follow up. Hilarious shit.
Quite honestly this is the first time I've ever heard anything good about them. Look around, they have a pure shit reputation everywhere else.

i remember they where one of the first people to really enter into the subaru after market back in 03-04? i believe? i know that's all they had in the beginning cause i used to post on a forum they had back when i had my 03 wrx. but i also know that EVERYONE in the subaru community hates them and they're cheap "agency power" knock off parts. just the same people that want to take your money and sell you crap

maybe vivid had a bad streak? I've ordered stuff from them on many occasions and everything was great.
