V12 motor swap still in chassis you can take the whole thing. Only 13.6k, guarantee you'll be the only guy at the track with a V12 240.

That would be nice. You wouldnt have to worry about traction problems that much with all the weight of that V12 in the rear.

That's just scary lol. Wow.. That must be costing him a lot to do. That would be crazy if someone did a mid engine s13 with that Aston Martin engine lol A lot of time and money I would imagine.

Yeah its pretty expensive, but he's doing all the fab work. They're shooting for 1200hp by the time Bimmerfest rolls around. Twin turbo V12 should have no problem hitting 1000+ lol.

Lol LB motoring, do you watch Entourage? That show makes me want an Aston Martin...
Ive only seen it once,
BUt shit,
Taking a good look at it,
It looks very fixable, its scrapped because anyone who would want one would never want a tarnished one.
but I bet its going to be a bid fest on guys who want to fix it up, If I had 20k extra Id try swooping it up.
ROUGE180
02-21-2008, 10:24 AM
Yeah I say it goes for about 30-60K. I wonder how much it would actually cost to fix it? I'm sure its going to be way less that the original price tag no doubt. Hell, we drive around in cars that eat tire walls and what do we do? Throw some tape and bubble gum on it and keep on rockin' lol.

I dont even think that would fit in an s chassis
in person those engines are MASSIVE theres no way it'd fit without tons of work
the vanquish engine is basically two ford Taurus v-6's put end to end.. so you could checkout the dimensions of that engine to get an idea of wither it'd fit..
hope someone in the market for an sti decides instead to blow 35-40 grand on making a british/japanese bastard... you'd be on every magazine cover for sure

A good engines a good engine at the end of the day. Many manufacturers outsource their engines, including Mclaren :bigok:

Plus I've already discovered that V12 6-speed cars make decent drift cars by flogging my roomate's 850i around the track.
