hey guys. ok, i feel that i have an exhaust leak & im pretty sure its coming from the rear end of my cat. so i got a new gasket & am going to replace the old one(which i hope will correct the problem). now what i wanna know is, is it as easy as i think it is? unscrew bolts, remove old gasket, put in new one, & re-tighten bolts? or am i missing something? also, do i still have to use gasket sealer even though im putting in a brand-new gasket? any help is appreciated, thanks!

That's pretty much all there is too it. Just soak those bolts in some wd-40. Id say if you can replace the bolts if they are rusted real bad. Since they are so cheap I always replace the stock bolts whenever I do something new.
I dont think you need gasket sealer. Probably wouldnt hurt anything to do it though.

when you do replace the gaskets throw some anti sieze on the threads of the bolts and on the threads of the nut, just incase you ever have to unbolt anything in the future <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
