something i would like to know

i'm sure most of you guys/gals have heard of that tornado thing which you put in your intake to smooth out the air being suck into the engine to increase horsepower right ? i'm not sure if it is going to work or not but i was just wonder if it does work for your intake will it also work for the exhaust as well ?? i mean if it is what it said to smooth the air flow then it diffinately going to work right ?

I had that thing in my car (i got it for free so don't ask). The mileage increase is bs. Mine went down 1.5mpg. Power increase.... questionable, but i didn't loose as much low end. meaning my car accelerated from 2000rpm to like 3000rpm faster than w/o tornado. But again that could relate to the the fact that it took up space making the piping thinner, thus making air flow faster. I dunnow. But for $70 i wouldn't buy it.
