Wassup people I really want to buy a 240sx becuase to me its the best car you can get for your money so my question is what year should I get and should it be se edition or le. I also wanted to know if the dragger is a good exhaust and when the time comes what cat-back setup should I use. Thanks.

What matters, is what you want..
I personally was able to get my hand son two 1990 240 hatch backs for 1100. So i made out like a bandit. What 240 style to you like more, the 89-94 hatchback or coupe, or the 95-96 240, OR the 97-98 240... The SE came with power and shit like that.. What matters a great deal is YOUR budget, if you don't have ALOT of money go with a 89-94 240 there a bit cheaper. but still great cars, if you find and have enough for a newer then 240 then go with it..

Can't answer the exhaust question in full, but in general, a turbo exhaust on a non-turbo car may work against you. Too bad it's about impossible to find one that's made for KA... hehe... Well, you'll be going turbo anyway, right? =)
Actually.. I owned a 92 LE hatch before, and now I have a 97 LE. Compared side by side, as far as performance goes, the 92 was a better car. Came with Super HICAS 4 wheel steering, which a lot of people don't like.. Not sure why, they say it's "twitchy" I say "learn to use it and it won't be" =)
Also, the 92 had more ammenities than my 97 does.. Small hand vents to cool your hands, a LIGHT in the glovebox (wtf . . how come nissan never put one in the S14?), footwell lights.. just lots of little things that add up.
As far as outright driving, they feel the SAME... For about 6 months after purchase of my S14, whenever it rained, I'd go for the rear wiper button.. The car feels the same... Same engine, same tranny, sloppier steering, but you forget that after awhile.
Depends on what you're looking for... They're the same car, but completely different.. The s14 feels heavier as well, but I LOVE the styling of the S14, and wouldn't trade it for HICAS =)
Nobody here even knows what my car is.

I'm one of the s13 whores on the forums. . . Love the styling, love the handling. Needless to say, everything following is in regards to the s13.
What you get primarily depends on your budget, s13s can be had pretty cheap. As far as trim levels go, it's almost a non-issue. SEs had power amenities (windows, mirrors), LEs had leather. The base model only really had a looser suspension - not an issue if you were planning on upgrading that anyhow.
Options to look out for:
Super HICAS: A four wheel steering system, part of the "handling package." Basically, allows you to turn sharper, though it takes time to master
ABS: meh, ABS is for people who don't know how to brake <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
LSD: The limited slip differential is quite important, and a popular upgrade. Basically will force both tires to spin if one starts to slip, rather than the slipping tire spinning faster and faster. Results in better handling and faster launches.
You probably don't want my opinion on exhausts. Needless to say they aren't in line with much of this forum <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
