was wondering if there is anyone that is using an aftermarket Heads Up Display...and if so, what brand, what are the pros and cons of the unit you are using....
im looking into a HUD, was gonna go with the Defi VSD X

Defi VSD X,
HUD (Head Up Display) is a system which allows drivers to keep the line of sight forward and recognize efficiently and quickly the image (Speed and / or other information) projected on the windshield. VSD focuses on compactness and universality utilizing NS HUD technology.
- Speedometer and Tachometer mode - Speedometer can display MPH or Km/h.
SPEEDOMETER: 0-400 Km/h (1Km/h gradients), 0-240 MPH (1MPH gradients).
TACHOMETER: 0-9900 r/min (100r/min gradients)
- fluorescent digital display combined with analog LED display features a unique four mode display.
- Flashing LED displays until meter reads over 1MPH.
- Analog LED shift point indicator can be adjusted to user's preference.
- Capable of storing maximum speed.
- Brightness can be adjusted for day, dusk and night driving.
This product is designed for use on 12V vehicles. Do not install this product on vehicles with 24V systems.
This product cannot be used on diesel vehicles.
This product cannot be used on non-speed signal vehicles.
* High visibility display screen made with clear tough polycarbonate plastic.
* 11 layers of coating provide extreme permeability and visibility at once.
* Easy to install multi angle mounting bracket which allows 360 degrees of horizontal rotation and tilts up to 40 degrees vertically.
