if you did a search or checked the archives you would see the z32 brakes is not expensive and the best for your money.

i did my front brakes for less than 300 just around 250 with all new parts and rebuilt calipers

the Z32 brakes are the 300zx. 300zx = z32 chassis. You'll notice (when you get around to it... IF you get around to it) that there are two rotor flavors: the 26mm thick discs and the 30mm thick discs, and (I think) four caliper flavors: 26mm Iron, 26mm Aluminium, 30mm Iron and 30mm Aluminium.

Someone'll have to check my caliper info. though, I don't remember off the top of my head whether it was 3 or 4 different variations.

look at that link it will help you out first and formost

second yes you can keep 4 lug but you need to redrill the 300zx/z32 rotors for 4 lug. or buy ones already redrilled.

when i had 4 lug on my s13 i redrilled my own rotors no problem and they fit fine. my rims didnt clear them thats the only reason i went 5 lug
