Someone may have asked about this before but I did not find a complete answer by searching the forums:

My wife's 95 240 as I drove it the other day: the clutch pedal went to the floor....I pulled the pedal up with my foot and it never did it again...took it in for check and no problem seen.
80,000 miles....never needed to add fluid to the clutch servo: clutch is not slipping...not driven hard....
What is the problem....I saw where someone mentioned air in the lines but how do it get in there if it is air....

To get air out to the lines you need to bleed the lines. &nbsp; As to how to do this I'm not exactly sure. &nbsp;Sorry. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>

There's another topic going on in the tech talk forum too -- the guy (sorry forgot who posted it) said that there was a bleeder screw (of some sort) on the clutch slave cylinder... Unfortunately I can't help you beyond that... but good luck!

speaking of the 'slave cylinder' - which one in my engine bay is it?
