Hey people! I need some advice . 2 weeks ago a bought a 240 it's 96 and did some maintanance to it since it wasn't well maintained from what i've seen. So i bought some new spark plugs to replace and everything is fine .. but when i removed a 3rd plug i see that it looks kinda strange and has some burnt chemicals on it .. I dunno what it is, looks like rust and mix of diffirent burned materials .. so i tought might be water or something .. tho the temperature there would destroy all of it .. well after i put a new plugs .. i found that the 3rd plug , after driving my car for a while , .. collects some orange brown shit .. and i can smell fuel from the wire .. however 3 other wires just have some regular burnt smell .. so what's going on .. plz help . ( i tried changing wires to see if there is a misfire or something ) oh btw .. all aluminum parts like hoses and covers .. hase some white shit on it .. WTF ?

see if this helps your spark plug dilema

as far as the white stuff on everything, it could be battery acid, salt residue, coolant residue, just about anything.  It could even be snow for all I know, but you would probably know what it was then.  It's probably corrosion or something, pretty common on cars that are driven in the winter or left out in the rain all the time.
