1992 S13 240sx shell/ s14 sr20det/ TEIN Super Drift/ Random parts

I have a friend who had a current project in the works but then got deployed to Iraq (fuck bush). I am currently getting all the parts to complete the swap, just about done, looking for a couple more parts, but I wanted to cash out maybe part out the car (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=177547#) and engine. Will to sell the car as a whole, but it's currently NOT RUNNING. I would rather get it running and sell it as a whole though. I will part out the motor, it is a s14 sr20det and is ALREADY wired to be in a USDM s14 240sx! I have tein super drift coil overs and tein titanium tie rods. The complete set has less then 800 miles on them.
I have random parts at the bottom too.

white 1992 240sx fastback
110,000 on the chassis but the current cluster says 180000, you can get a new one.
-The pink says 0 miles on the chassis but you can tell them whatever you want
clean title / needs to be registered
clean exterior - only a few dings 8.5/10
clean interior - the trunk carpet has been cut out 9/10
-no cracks, no tears
-the white stuff on the seats is just carpet fresh
brand new tires i think...

Why do you say it's prewired to go in an S14, yet the pics show it in an S13???

The current harness for the s14 sr20det was made to go into a USDM s14. I am waiting for my wire harness to be finished for the s13. Then my car will be running, besides a few more parts.
