I've got an S15 MAF That is apparently interchangeable.
69F02 I think though.

might want to get a z32 maf and that s15 maf will make the s14 engine go into fail safe mode with that signal from the S15 maf.

I was researching MAF interchangeability on S14 SR's and found that the 69F00 (Zenki S14) has the same voltage curve as the 69F01 (Kouki S14 and I think S15).
The FSM's for the Zenki SR and S15 SR list the same voltage specs for the MAF in the troubleshooting section.
A friend of mine also confirmed with JWT that the main difference between the 2 MAF's are the plugs, not the voltage curve from the sensor.
Have you had experience to the contrary on S14 SR's? or am I missing something?

Right you think ? um bud , you know the Kouki S14 motor is an 80F00 not a 69F01
69F01 is an NA SR20DE,
and the ecu on the box is "NA" 2371080F00 had this
