I have a FSM and it doesnt tell me how this is installed or time of install.

The engine is IN the car its a SR also, so here are a few questions i have regarding this possible dilemma.

Can the steering column be installed with engine in?
---If yes, what tricks are there to getting it in and out?

How long will it take to do this? considering i am highly mechanically inclined

Thanks Fellas and Lisa :naughty:

steering column can be installed with engine in the car. Its quite simple there are 4 bolts that hold it up and a few bolt on the dust boot on the firewall plus whole bunch of wires and stuff. you just someone to guide the u-joint into the rack and pinion and than you're set.
