I have a 91 ka n/a, with the 248/232 cam set up, and 3" exhaust.

Would i see any gains by running 370cc injectors?

no... unless your running some kind of FI, there really is no reason to, i use to have about the same setup with a few more parts and the only fuel mod was my walbro and i was running rich on stock injectors

You would want to talk to your tuner about this. No need to upgrade unless you are maxing your stock injectors out. Even then a bump in fuel pressure may accommodate your needs.
