SR Fuel Pressure

Ok I have an s13 SR in my car with a walbro fuel pump. I have an appointment to go get a rom tune done on my car in about a week and wanted to install my adjustable fuel pressure regulator onto my car before I go for the tune. I was just wondering what pressure I should set the fpr at before the tune.

I have an aftermarket adjustable fpr with a gauge on it. It is connected after the rail on the return. How do i set the fuel pressure before the rail? Do i have to have another gauge before the rail or could i just set it according to the gauge on the fpr after the rail?
