If they're actually Rikens like yarou thinks they are then check the back of the wheel for actually size and offset information.

Can you take some better pix, back of the wheel on wheel size stamps would be a major plus, and confirm their size? I'm interested in a pair if they're actual Riken Mesh, but need to know the size and offsets.
