Yeah, it's 4am in the morning, we just finished 30 mins ago. I'm completely wasted. We were working since like 3pm. But the car lives!! I'm so fuggin happy. I still gotta coupla probs to fix up (timing, reset codes, and fix one of the metal lines i bent cuz it's leaking fuel), but the car starts and idles like it never idled before. The engine practically doesn't shake at all. Tomorrow i'm figuring out what is the thing that i broke and how hard is it gonna be to replace it. Hopefully it'll be completely finished by the end of the next week. Anyways, i'm going to sleep now

It's the same engine i pulled apart. The problem was pretty small - a metal piece got stuck on both intake and exhaust valves in the third cyllinder, restricting them from sealing completely. The result was compression drop in the cyllinder (to basicly 0) and car running bad. I pulled off the head, the shop fixed everything for me (for like $10) and then was the hardest part of putting everything together So yeah, i'm just happy i didn't mess up anything and didn't forget to put in all the parts

The leak is from a bent metal line from the fpr to the fuel rail... or something like that. I havent figured out what it is yet. It doesn't look like it's gonna be too hard to take off and replace, but i guess i'll have to special order it or something. So yeah, i'd say beater car for another week
