ITEM: Manifold Heat Shield

DESCRIPTION: I made this heat shield from a sheet of aluminum. It keeps the heat away from the brake master cylinder and other engine parts. The gold foil used is expensive, but unfortunately installed on the wrong side due to misinformation from the retailer, BUT you can touch the shield after a hard run and your hand will survive for a couple of seconds, compared to disintigrating if you touched the manifold itself. It's used and a little beat up but it still works magnificantly.

Can you use a caliper and measure the outside of the turbo lines? Or just somehow get the size? If its near 3/8" Ill give you $25 shipped, although I would like to see a picture showing what the o.d. is.

I used it for other things in the engine bay.

A sheet of aluminum + gold foil from pegasusracing and tin snips and 1-2 hours and you are all set.
