(completed search) real s14 sr20de whp

for those who want to know,

I posted up my numbers from a dyno that showed 162/134 on my s14 sr20de

I have been searching around for my actual number to verify and I have found that my rwhp is actually 139. the torque is correct, just the hp numbers where calculated @ crank not rear wheel.


The dyno was calibrated @ the crank ( tq x rpm / 5252.11 ),

the rwhp uses this calculation ( tq x rpm / 7126.34 ).

Again this is for those who wanted to know, and who want to see thier numbers w/ the calculations

werent the sr20's rated by nissan at like 210 at the crank?

I believe he has the non turbo, Sr20DE, rather than the turbo version sr20de(t).

I would've expected more out of the S14....

And yes we are talking about a Non-Turbo S14 SR20

we'll its about what I was thinking it would be the first time when i got the motor.
the two calculations were all i could find and gave me a good round figure,
even though I could not get it to read my actual crank it was always 180~ on the 5252 calculation

this is when i tried to put them in w/ the sr16/20ve, it didnt register well w/ numbers that are stated to be put @ the wheel.


Do any of you know of other calculations to find rwhp?
