I read on 240sx.org that you can replace the stock 240SX Fuel Filter with a 300ZX Fuel filter.
I was basically due for a change, so I went to Kragen to buy a new fuel filter. I couldn't find one that was meant for the 240sx, but they did have a 300zx fuel filter, so I decided to use that.
Basically, the only difference that I noticed between the stock fuel filter and the 300zx fuel filter is that the 300zx fuel filter is a lot larger.
So anyway, Everything turned out fine. The removal and installation took around 30-40 minutes. Supposedly, using a 300zx fuel filter is supposed to give me better throttle response. Now for my question....
How would the new fuel filter give better throttle response, aside from the fact that it's new? Would it be that the larger (300zx) fuel filter is less restrictive?
