Outlet is smaller, the older version didn't clear the steering shaft but it seems as if they re-modeled it to clear. Comparing my divorcerd to single 70MM outlet; i'd prefer the single 70mm outlet. Mainly because it feels as if my car has a much smoother powerband.

a divorced outlet will only be better if your wastegate has a separated outlet from the main turbine outlet (think Evo/DSM 16G's). It causes less turbulance at the turbine outlet, helping the gases move faster.
Our poor little T25's and 28's just have one big outlet. Makes no sense to run a divorced outlet pipe with a single outlet.

less turbulance, which means better velocity.... GReddy' and HKS both have one that recesses into the turbo outlet to make it divoriced... the hks has a long divoiced streem but it is smaller piping size over all, havn't had a chance to get in on the dyno and compair the two.

correct me if im wrong, but it would only REALLY be beneficial on an s15 t28 which has seperate outlets, not a t25 or s14 t28.

the s15 one already has the divider which is part of the turbo, the hks and greddy ones have that peice that goes into the turbo which make them seperate for the s13/14

they make one with a bolt in divider also that seals the 2 outlets from each other but divorced outlets really aren't beneficial unless they stay divorced for more than 18", get the one from ebay that is divided with a screamer pipe, that would probably have bigger gains then a re-routed setup based on the fact that those divorced pipes cause more turbulence than they help flow, plus screamer pipes sound cool :bigok:

I made one to run on my S15 turbo. The divider does not totaly block it off, so you have to make one on the outlet to fill the gap. I didnt notice any differance, it was way to loud, its not worth the time to make it or the money to buy it. Im running the CS outlet/dp and i like it alot more.
If you want to get an idea of how its sounds, heres a clip of it on my daily, music is loud in the vid but you can get the idea, its at 9.00min red s13.

the outlet is 70mm on the divorced chamder outlet pipe. they did change it to clear the steering. i installed one on my gt28rs and did have to grind the little divider to make it fit correctly. i have had any problems with it at all.

the HKS one seems like a bad design to me since both parts end up going into the same restrictive pipe.
Take a look at this one.

Only prob is it will be loud! Its like having an external wastegate. Driftenthusiest has something like this except he made it himself.
