rpm's in 3rd ,4th ,5th gear..slow climb

:ugh: i have a redtop and well when i drive my car its normal like through 1st and 2nd gear and when i get to third gear the needle of the rpms is just slowly moving up and the higher gears i go to the slower it goes...

any idea..?

i cleaned the maf already :hs:
