the elite comes with a 120gb hard drive and hdmi cables and the premium comes with a 20gb hard drive ... for the extra money, the elite is nice to have but if you're not too a hardcore gamer, a premium should do fine.

Panda is right, it comes with an optional HDMI output and it comes with one HDMI cable. 120gb is a shitload of memory! I didn't even use ten... even with arcade games and music. Other than that, they are the same... So pretty much, you need a baller TV to take adantage of the elite... otherwise, pointless.
