lag time question....

im about to throw my nismo 740cc, and take the old nismo 555 out..


i have a powerfc, and i know that i have to draw down the fuel percentage by 50% with the 740cc, but what is the lag time i must enter in??


im 99.9% sure i have to enter in .08

I am not a "tuner". But the 740cc injectors are 134.5% larger. So I would try reducing fuel by ~35%

Lag time is something that you should be able to find on papers that came with the injectors or on the manufactures website. If you can not find it, call the place you bought you injectors from or a shop that has lots of experience tuning nissans.

370 x 2 = 740

i have a sr20..


and the lag time is .66, but that is not what i enter in the power fc..

i think that i take the stock lag time, which is .58, and minus .66 by it to come up with the right number... which i think is .08

Just checked mine. 50% and .08 . I went from 370s to 740s with just that input and the car ran just fine. After about 3 weeks I went to DSG and they kept those values. Made 252whp on a dyno dynamics dyno and 258wtq woooo!!
