I could only find the pulley timing on the search. I was wondering if anyone had a link or knew how to set the cam timing on a stock redtop SR

look at your cam sprockets there is a dot on each one and you have to make them line up with the 2 black links on the chain, if you line those up your 1st cylinder should be at TDC. good luck

You may want to pull the fsm up because it's a little more importantly detailed than that post ^^^ There are 3 dots on the chain and a certain amount of links between them

heavythrottle.com also has something similar.

the damper pulley(crankshaft) must be on TDC(2nd mark from the left on the crank pulley in front of the little nail),then,on this position, the intake cam mark must be on 10 o'clock, and the exhaust mark on 12(the pin on the cam, which is in the pulley must be EXACTLY at 12 o'clock),then, your timing is ok.

did you pull out the CAS??
