oil leak

i cant find where this oil is comming from. i see it on top my transmission and i can see its comming from the head or something but i cant find out where exactly. any ideas what it can be? i cant get a good enough look to see behind there.

only thing is it seems to be from above where the head gasket is.

On top of the transmission? Not possible, unless the car stays parked upside down.
