Help!!! Timing???

Ok heres the deal. I have a s14 and i put the s13 redtop sr in. Earlier it started and ideled very rough, so i thought it was my timing so i took out my cam angle sensor and adjusted it. Now it just cranks, i have fuel and spark, just not running

probably wasn't a good idea to pull out the CAS. you should have just turned it side to side a bit and listened to the idle and waited for it to become smooth. then rev the engine up slowly and hope it maintains smoothness, and if so, take it out for a drive and see how it boosts, if no boost or no power then your timing is too retarted. try 15TDC should be the 5th notch to the right on the wheel.
